Open to all adults and youth interested in learning yoga, improving physical wellbeing, and cultivating inner balance.
No prior experience required. Beginners are welcome.

Daily Yoga classes are conducted in the Wellness Center – First Floor at the Heartfulness Yoga Academy, Yoga Hall 1.
Community Yoga takes place in the Main Meditation Hall right after the morning satsang.
