Got queries?
We’ve got answers!

Everything you need to know before beginning your TTC 200 journey.

What is special about Heartfulness Yoga?
We don’t stop at the body level. Our programs combine postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), and meditation. You will be trained to experience the benefits of all the eight limbs of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga.
What makes Heartfulness Yoga effective?
The integration of Heartfulness meditation allows you to experience quietness in body, mind, and heart. Its effectiveness comes from the use of Pranahuti (Yogic Transmission), the life force unique to Heartfulness.
Are your Yoga Teacher Training programs valid worldwide?
Yes. We are accredited by Yoga Alliance (international validity) and by the Government of India through the Yoga Certification Board, ensuring professional recognition globally and nationally.
How do I know which program is right for me?
If you’re unsure, email us at yoga@heartfulness.org. Our team will help you choose the program best suited to your level and goals.
Which language is the course conducted in?
Courses are offered in multiple languages. Please check the course description carefully before enrolling.
How much time do I need for the first 6 weeks?
You should set aside about 1 hour daily for asana practice, 2 hours per week for theory videos, and time for weekly quizzes. There are also six Sunday webinars of 90 minutes each.
How much time is required for the final 2 weeks?
The final two weeks are conducted in person and focus on learning how to teach. They include group practice, meditation, teaching practice, philosophy, asana theory, teaching methodology, and integration. The program concludes with a simple MCQ assessment and a teaching practice to confirm that you are ready to teach.
Can I do this program without becoming a yoga teacher?
Yes. Many participants join to deepen their personal practice or to integrate meditation into their existing yoga journey.
What do I need to be certified?
Certification requires completion of asana practice online, full attendance online and onsite, theory exams, and final teaching practice .
What if I fail the exam?
You may rejoin a future batch to complete the teaching practice and exam within one year of the original course start date, without additional course fees. Only food and accommodation costs will apply.
How can I prepare myself for the course?
Practice yoga regularly if possible. No prior reading is required before joining the course.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Fees are non-refundable. However, you may join another program within 12 months of the original course start date.
