This teacher training journey is designed in a blended format combining online learning with an immersive onsite residential experience.

Phase 1 — Online Learning (6 Weeks)
• Live guided classes with teachers
• Daily yoga & meditation practices
• Philosophy, anatomy & teaching methodology
• Guided self-practice assignments
• Flexible learning from your home

Phase 2 — Onsite Immersion (2 Weeks)
Conducted at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad.

• Residential yogic lifestyle experience
• In-person practical training sessions
• Group practice & teaching labs
• Meditative environment with global participants
• Direct mentorship from senior teachers

This format allows participants to balance personal responsibilities while still experiencing a deep and immersive TTC journey.
