Is participation free?
Yes, participation in the 21st June Multilingual Yoga Program is completely free. We want to make the profound benefits of yoga and meditation accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Who can participate?
Absolutely anyone! Whether you are a seasoned yogi, a complete beginner, a student, or a senior citizen, the practices are guided gently to accommodate all levels of experience.
Do I need prior yoga experience?
No prior experience is necessary. Our expert instructors will guide you through simple, effective asanas and Heartfulness meditation tailored for practitioners of all levels.
How do I access the live sessions?
Once you select your language and click "Get Registered," you will be taken to a secure registration page. After signing up, all streaming links, schedules, and resources will be sent directly to your registered email address and WhatsApp.
Can I join from outside India?
Yes! This is a global initiative. Our "International Languages" program spans 7 days (June 15-21) to accommodate various time zones and regions around the world.
Will recordings be available?
Yes, registered participants will receive access to recordings so you can continue to practice and benefit from the sessions even after the live event has concluded.
Is there a participation certificate?
Yes, all active participants who complete the required sessions will receive an official digital certificate of participation acknowledging their contribution to the Asia Book of Records initiative.
