This course is a professional certification and is not meant for beginners in Yoga. Be prepared to demonstrate poses as a learning tool. You will learn how to “teach” these poses to students and will be making great improvements with your posture along the way. Students who would have registered without a proper experience in Yoga practice might be asked to extend their training into a subsequent batch.
Advance your journey with professional training that leads to internationally and nationally recognized certifications. Our accredited programs not only deepen your practice but also open doors to a meaningful career in teaching and sharing yoga — with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
Rooted in the authentic tradition of Raja Yoga, Heartfulness Yoga invites you to teach from the heart — with purpose, presence, and inner clarity, while guiding others toward a more conscious and balanced way of living.

We dont stop at the body level. We combine postures (asanas), breathwork (Pranayama) and meditation in all our programs. You will be trained and experience the benefits of all the 8 limbs of the ashtanga of Patanjali.
The addition of the Heartfulness techniques to a practice on the mat allows you to experience quietness in your body, mind, heart and open your consciousness to the peace that lies within. What makes it effective is the utilisation of 'pranahuti' or transmission, the life force, that is specific to Heartfulness.
